Would you guys swap UF's bowl results with LSU? I'm trying to gauge if I would feel more "at least we made it to a BCS bowl" or "We just lost to a Big East team on a big stage" if I were in y'alls shoes

I would rather be embarassed then a tough loss. Easier to take I guess

So it's a push? Or since Sugar > Chick-fil-a, you'd stick with what y'all got?

Would've rather won. The feeling sucks right now.

I'm not a moral victory kind of person.. Been around Arky fans for too long, and kind of despise moral victories now

Messed up my New Years Eve and part of New Years day for me. It's all good now.

See I was able to kind of find comfort in the fact that our season was disappointing whether we won or lost vs Clemson. I would be a lot more butthurt if I was in y'alls shoes. 12-1 and a BCS bowl win would have been very enjoyable

Glad you feel that way because UF had the pillow in their mouth the entire game.

Not trying to sugarcoat LSU's el-foldo vs Clemson..

But, Total No-Shows like LSU vs Bama 1-09-12 and Fla vs The Ville..just come off as gutless(at least visually)..even if quite a few guys on the team came to ball..the ones that don't 'bring it' just rollover on their teammates..making all look disinterested and aloof.

And it's a good thing Arky fans are so experienced at living vicariously through another team so y'all could enjoy another this year

That wasn't just a tough loss. It was humiliation. I mean the game against Nebraska back in the 95 season was the worst kind.

But this is damn close. UF looked like they didn't belong on the same field as them.

Good point. I was sick after going to New Orleans last year. I'm not sure if I'll ever give up on what could have been. I almost prefer this year to last

Hey, I bet Neb vs Fla hard in 1996..actually were a 2.5 to 3.5 pt dog if I recall correctly..and I told quite a few pros that the Huskers would roll easily! Had watched Fla all year. Billy Walters sent out Fla as a play, whether his true side or just a phony sendout..

But, at least that Gator team played hard and tried, despite the landslide results..

Tonight, was different, it was a Gutless No-Show by quite a few Gator players against a decent yet non-spectacular foe..albeit extremely motivated under former UF DC Strong.

Also, at least UF fans can rejoice that they're undoubtedly back on the rise. I'm sure at this point last year, y'all would have loved to have the results from this year. Maybe y'all are just spoiled right now from having such good results in the regular season as we LSU fans were last year
