Definitely earned a lot of respect today. Kid took an absolute BEATING all night but kept playing hard until the end. Gotta give him props, showed a lot of heart out there

Agree, Boyd was the difference in the game and you could tell Clemson wanted this game badly; they were playing hard and fast the whole game.

Clemson's defense played their best game of the season and their WR, Hopkins, made a ton of clutch catches during tight coverage with 13 catches for 191 yards and 2 TD's. Having said this, LSU's offense is not good. They are young on the OL and got owned by Goodman & Co. The stat that stands out the most is Clemson had 32 first downs and LSU only 9. LSU's defense was on the field a long time and it was pretty amazing that they played as well as they did even into the 4th quarter. Very good game. Clemson looked like a top 5 team last night.
