Committed to Clemson, de-committed. Committed to Florida, de-committed. Committed to Clemson, de-committed. Where will he go next?

This year’s award for “Best Recruiting Soap Opera” could go to AJC Super 11 wide receiver Demarcus Robinson of Peach County High School.
After arriving at the Army All-America Bowl, Robinson told Rivals that he is no longer committed to Clemson.
It’s the second time that Robinson has de-committed from the Tigers. In between, he’s also switched to Florida, and later backed off that pledge.
Now that Robinson has committed and de-committed three times, which college will be his fourth pick?
It’s between Florida and Clemson.
“It’s 50-50, I don’t really know,” said Robinson,

A prima donna WR? We've never seen this phenomenon before.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. Kid wants Florida, bad. Says he is 50/50 UF and Clemson, and guess who is flying out to the AA game now? His coach. Hmmmmm...

Hopefully Nick Washington and Ahmad Fulwood will be In his ear all week long pushing him to UF. Its been reported that Robinson has been doing interviews with a Gator beanie on. Not sure how to take that.

Yeah. I am just saying every time UF has made positive momentum with this kid, his coach fricks it up. Clemson coaches have won over his coach, and it shows.

I may not follow recruiting closely enough, but why would a coach care THIS MUCH if a kid went to Clemson or Florida?
Their both fine academic institutions. They both play good football. It seems like at this point you should just back off and let the kid make up his own mind.
If he can.

Well, I don't have the answer as to why the coach cares so much, but he does.

The kid is just trying to get as many Clem$on signing bonuses as possible.

It's Clem$on. Any time they are involved with a high profile kid, you have to outbid them to land him.

High school coaches get an automatic 15% of the signing bonus. Kinda like an agent's fee

I thought his uncle, former NFL player, was the one running his recruitment.

No offense to UF (ironic right?)...but why would any highly touted WR go there? Clemson would be the only right answer.

This. Go to Clemson and be the next Nuk or go to Florida and block for 4 years?
He's not announcing today. He's just gonna enroll and show-up on Monday to either Clemson or Florida. I'd except Florida, but I don't think anyone really knows.

Double edged sword. UF wants to throw the ball, but has a bunch of WR's that should be at FIU instead of UF.

Yea, plus don't yal have like 7 freshmen WRs or something crazy like that plus Bailey and Fulwood? Clemson has studs who are proven but nowhere near that amount of young numbers.
Like some have said, he seems to want to go to Florida, but mom and coach want him at Clemson. I think he'll be a Gator, but I wouldn't be surprised if he got Dabo'd.
