I still think this basketball team will get better. I will still support them. As long as they hustle and play their hearts out I won't give up on them. They deserve that much.

The freakin' scout board is ridiculous. They are becoming like a wild pack of animals towards the players and coaches. It's sad honestly.

You know how it is over there. They have the so many negative posters over there. Anytime something doesn't go our way they run around screaming "The sky is falling!"

I put yesterday's game in Ray 100%. We blew a 15 point lead and couldn't convert baskets on late possessions. We lost to a 3-7 SWAC team. We should have won the game no excuses but we didn't make plays in crunch time and They did.

The longer we play Tyson Cunningham the more we hurt our chances of winning, also Fred Thomas has to knock down some shots.
Trevante Bloodman may be the worst starting PG in MSU history if he has 5 TOs vs SWAC teams he's likely to have 8+ vs good SEC teams.

On a positive note it was good to get Steele back and Sword had some positive moments.

I'm sure Ray says the same.

When you have 6 or 7 available players, this is hard to avoid.

What did you expect? He was the thought backup originally not the starter.

You can't expect there to be many positive moments with 3 potential starters out with season ending injuries.

I expected to be able to beat a bottom tier SWAC team at home in the Hump even with who had on the floor yesterday.

Who is the 3rd starter out for the year other than Wendell and Davis? If you think Applewhite would be starting you are crazy.

I feel the exact same way I did before the season started. We don't have a roster. We are going to suck. Losing to no one will surpise me. Beating most teams will. Anyone who freaks out about any loss by this team is incapable of assessing this team.

Because the SWAC is the weakest conference in D1 basketball. And Alabama A&M came in 3-7 with 2 of those wins vs D2 schools. Arkansas and Vandy beat them 25+, and Iowa State beat them by 45

How do you know he wouldn't be? Did you see him in practice prior to his injury? Did you see his drive to get better and better each day? Just curious....
