The teams are ranked in order of bowl victories:

Alabama: 33-22-3 (.595)
Georgia: 26-18-3 (.585)
Tennessee: 25-24 (.510)
Auburn: 22-13-2 (.622)
LSU: 22-20-1 (.523)
Ole Miss: 21-12 (.636)
Florida: 20-19 (.513)
Texas A&M: 14-19 (.424)
Missouri: 13-16 (.448)
Arkansas: 13-23-3 (.372)
Mississippi State: 9-6 (.600)
Kentucky: 8-7 (.533)
South Carolina: 5-12 (.294)
Vanderbilt: 2-2-1 (.500)

Isn't Ole Miss the only program to play another conference member in the Sugar Bowl on two occasions? Alabama in 1960 and LSU in 1964.

You don't calculate ties that way. I consider the College Football Data Warehouse the authority on this. Ties and half wins and half losses.
