I still see state finishing above Arkansas, auburn, and the bears, and possibly a&m if they play up to their potential!

Their two toughest games are at home (bama/LSU)... but the games away from DWS are no joke -- OSU, A&M, SCe, AU, Ark.

I'll give them the three home non-AQ games (Alcorn, Troy, BG)... but that means they've gotta win 3 of the 5 away from home to make a bowl (assuming they can't beat LSU or Bama).

I'll say they get there.... 6-6... but that schedule is no joke.

I think we all saw how good state was this year when they were dominated by every single SEC team with a winning record. Yet, somehow State fans expect no drop-off next year with a more difficult schedule and the loss of your best players on Defense. (A Defense that was absolutely shredded by the good teams you played) Newsflash this years Egg bowl was no fluke. To add to that, Freeze is out-recruiting Mullen big time. Ole Miss is being looked at by some of the top players in the nation while State is struggling to split the in-state talent. You think you are going to compete with us in the future when Ole Miss/ Oxford can out-do anything your redneck school and shite hole town can offer. (Your go-to bar is lamer than Oxford's worst bar). I can not wait to bathe in Bundy's tears for years to come while Coonass seeks consolation in his girlfriend's monster clit. Boom Roasted.

If Arkansas and Auburn rebound quicker than expected under new coaches then State wont go bowling. It really comes down to those two games for them next season.
