They were $50, but during finals week for a few hours they offered them 2 for 1 for students so I got 2 for 50 bucks.

I heard gator bowl tickets were going for $1. Seriously.

Yeah something like that. I'm still trying to see if I can get off that weekend. I want to buy a couple tickets.

And it doesn't matter if it is close or not. Ole Miss loves to travel when it comes to bowl games. Dallas in 2010 for the Cotton, was packed with Ole Miss people every where. Was a great weekend. I'm sure Birmingham is loving Ole Miss right now. The fans will make the city some money that weekend.

Since it's Pitt's 3rd time back there in a row, it will be a home game. Add to that Miss. is a border state and Ole Miss will roll.

i thought The leghumpers said they would buy more and travel so well?

I think right now we literally are outselling them 3.5 to 1.

I'd prefer East since that is the Ole Miss side. A little sun never hurts.

Cheap tickets. Within three hours of the majority of your fanbase. First bowl in three years. It is a no-brainer.

Y'all could buy 10 tickets for cheaper than you could print a t shirt, so I don't expect many gator bowl t shirts.

It wouldn't matter where the game was we would still bring no fewer than 20k.

Alabama did the same thing in 2004 at the Music City bowl. Cheap tickets. Nashville for New Years. First bowl game since 2001 at that point. There were probably 45-50,000 Alabama fans there.
