Bama's lucky in 2012

In 2011 I think we were unlucky to lose to LSU in T-town. I thought we had the best team Bama had since Bryant was coach. But this year we were lucky to beat LSU in Baton Rouge. I also think we are lucky that we played 2 really good QB's in JF and Murray and hit Mett on the hottest night of his CFB career. We were lucky because it helped us get better. I saw the weakness in the secondary playing MSU, but everyone saw it in Baton Rouge. We are also lucky to be playing ND and not Oregon. The only way you're going to beat Bama is with a super QB or one that gets as hot as Mett (or Garcia in 2010) did, or against an offense we're not used to seeing (like TAMU or Oregon). ND can still win but they have to play the game of their life with no TO's and Bama has to have 2-3 TO's like we did against TAMU and UGA. Yes, its a lucky year but its payback for last year, imo.

You were lucky to play LSU again in the BCSNCG. If you don't play them again, last year's LSU team might have gone down as one of the best teams in the history of college football. Their record combined with the schedule was beyond impressive.

Pay back for the bad luck we had losing to LSU. It worked out but its the other side of the luck coin this year. Last year we were a 10 pt better team than LSU but they were a 2-3 TD better team than anyone else. So, we were that good but still lost a game. That's unlucky, but it worked out.

This team is a lot like the 2010 team, young and got a lot of injuries. Difference is, better player leadership.

IDK maybe. Bama plays for 60 mins. You look at LSU, A&M, and Georgia games. All three teams had Bama by the balls, and they came back all three times. One time they came up a little short and lost.
I hate Bama, don't get me wrong, but this team has a lot of heart. Notre Dame will have to play for 60 mins to beat them.
