Every article I read the recruits the say the same things. They always praise Brewster, how much they like him, and the relationship he has made with them. Keep in mind, Brewster has only been on most of these guys for a few months max. If we want to be a consistent winner, we have to keep a guy like this.

I think we have to give him a significant raise and promote him to assistant HC/WR. If Mullen fires Les in the offseason, I think we should give Brew a shot at OC. No way he should ever leave unless it's for another HC job.

I think we should do that or maybe do the split thing like when Hud was here if Koenning isn't fired.

No matter what his title is, he is worth a lot of money to us, and his pay should show that. If it doesn't, and he leaves for another small job, it will be a giant failure by Dan and Scott.

I believe he was passing game coordinator. Honestly, he has the most quality experience of any coach on our staff. Hell he was the assistant HC under Shannanhan in Denver. I think he can handle it at State. He definitely needs a raise, especially if he is making what Mirando was making.

I honesty can't remember every having anyone on our staff recruiting like him. He's got elite, national guys interested in us in few short months. When I see how hard he is working it pisses me off at the rest of our staff.

I think we should riot if he doesn't get a raise.

Don't think you'll find anyone arguing that a promotion and raise isn't in order.

I love that guy. He shits on the rest of the staff who's recruiting territory has never been out of the fricking golden triangle.

It really speaks to how lazy everyone else is. Maybe this will wake our other coaches up a little.

Got a winning formula with Brew building interest and getting them to campus - the letting the rest of the staff close the deal. Him + Wilson is an absolutely lethal combination.

The next 2 months are going to be incredibly interesting... Unless I badly miss my guess, we are about to put together our best recruiting class in the history of the rankings - by a mile.

I think everyone is going a little overboard with this statement. I think it has more to do with him just being a lot more charismatic and a player's coach and just being a damn good salesman. Imagine Les Koenning in a sales job. He wouldn't last long. Yeah he might be working harder, but just remember that when a coach goes on a recruiting trip and doesn't tweet about it and doesn't make anything happen, you don't hear about it. Brewster tweets about it and makes it happen.

TD's hit the nail on the head

Some people are salesmen- some aren't. Coach Hevesy could recruit 20 hours a day, and he would never produce the results of a Brewster or Melvin

I'd be a badass recruiter. I'd grow a Captain Hook mustache and dazzle all the moms with Jesus and charm and shite.
