Sorry boys. You are out of luck.

quote:

I asked Terry Saban if she could see her husband taking another coaching job, whether rebuilding another college program or returning to unfinished business in the NFL.

She didn’t hesitate or waffle in her response.

“To answer your question and get right to the point, no,” she said. “We’re very comfortable here. We love it here. It’s a great fit for our family. It’s a good fit for me. As far as we’re concerned, this is where we’ll retire someday.

“As far as jobs go, this is it for us. I don’t mean to be presumptuous. I would have to talk this over with Nick, but as far as I’m concerned, this is it.”

When was the last time a coach said they were leaving a school before they left the school?

I think he'll retire in a couple of years, I just don't see him taking another job after this.

Even if Saban left after this year, the Bama train would keep right on rolling.

She is really happy in Tuscaloosa and he could careless where he coaches. He went to watch film on Christmas afternoon last year so what do you think he is going to do at the Lake all day?

False. You have the best coach in football. Anything after that is a down grade and you guys will act as though its the Apocalypse when he leaves/retires.
