LSU is in the hunt each and every year. Bama fans hate it

We hate it? We're on the cusp of winning a third national title in four years and you think we have some kind of jealousy in regards to LSU? Do you realize how stupid that sounds or are you seriously this dumb?

Never heard of him, third string and fourth string RB and a WR. So, bell played the whole regular season.

That's nowhere near the losses tigers suffered on "O". Project bama's season with fluker gone after the first game and kouinjo and warmack gone for the season after about the fourth game. Now top that off with no lacy after the third or fourth game. How productive do you think the bama "O" would have been? Try being realistic.

Now on "D" Milliner and the starting LB of your choice is out for the year before the first game is even played. Also by the middle of the season due to illness and injury you are at the fourth starter at that LB spot.

That is what Les Miles and LSU had to fight through this year.

Why have no gumps replied to this?

Sure. Good enough to contend for titles. Good enough to win them? That is the debate..

We won the SEC last year. Cmon man, you are better than this. Who's to say that if TM7 wasn't a complete idiot LSU wouldn't be 13-0 and going to play ND right now.

Nahhh....I agree with the OP completely.....Miles did a helluva job this year....the injuries, graduation and guys going to NFL, breaking in a new QB, TM7 getting suspeended,....a 2-loss season is pretty impressive....LSU took Bama to the wire....UF game was kinda perplexing but UF turned out to be very good as well.....

The LSU away team has performed poorly this year and the UF D is as good as they come...hence the 6 points.

Bama fans flame the shite out of any LSU related thread, there's clearly something there

Best coaching job ever? He took the most talented team in the country to the fricking Chick-Fil-A bowl. Am I supposed to be dazzled?

Can't control bowl politics, top ten is top ten.

And also you're totally disregarding the loss of 13 starters which is predictable and pathetic

If our losses were due to simply being outmatched or something, I could almost agree with OP. But they were both CLM's fault, so it's not the case.

Unfortunately LSU's wins may have had more to do with it than the losses.

I'm waiting for a reply myself.

These are the "four key losses" to the bama offense in '12.

First off NONE of the FOUR have ever started a game for the tide.

Black true freshman WR, couldn't find any recorded stats for him. Probally never saw the field.

White WR, played in five games with eight receptions, avg 13 yards per catch.

Fowler RB, played in two games with 11 carries for 85 yards.

Hart RB, redshirt Fr, was injured last year as a true freshman missed the season. played in five games with 21 carries for 88 yards.

I can't believe the tide "O" was able to even make a first down let alone score a TD after suffering such crippling losses.

It's not like they lost THREE starting O-linemen and their STARTING RB.

Didn't we play most of last season without the same starters in the front 7 also?

The D-line had only one player (Downs) that I can remember miss time to injury. Granted Edwards started a few at DE but that was based on practice and performance in the games.

At LB, Minter and Barrow started every game. It was the other LB spot that tigers started multiple players.

Interesting perspective. Les definitely did a good job this year. However, he did coach us out of a win vs. Alabama, which ended up costing us a CCG and possible NCG appearance.

So, we probably did better than we should have, but not as good as we could have. I guess there are multiple perspectives here.

I'm amazed at all the angst from the Bama fans in this thread.
