UA and UGA away, UF and A&M home. TCU neutral. Plenty of challenges for sure. Plus surprises as well. OM could have easily won in BR this year and we are away next year, etc...

Bama played the West champs this year. Did LSU?

Whenever I see the LSU Tigers accept it and quit, then I will too. But, they always play Bama tough and give them all they want and more. Bama was very beatable this year. Every year is different, though. LSU will be more experienced next year all over the field. I like their chances.

So the only OOC game worth mentioning is TCU? And y'all wanna bitch about our schedule? At least we try to schedule 1 team worth a frick in one of the slots that we can control.

I'd rather see good games than play a bunch boring sub-par teams.

This is absurd. Alabama has done a really good job of making the plays it needs to stay at the top of the conference, but the margin between the top SEC teams is so small.

Bama lost to A&M at home, was losing to LSU with less than two minutes to go, and were 5 yards away from losing to Georgia. This is not an indictment of the Tide, but it does show how close the top teams in the SEC really are.

11-2 with all the personnel losses we took early ain't too shabby.... Need better luck next year if we are to pull off a championship with a schedule like this.

A lot of non-LSU fans don't fully appreciate the tremendous losses to injury and stupidity (Mathieu) that LSU faced this year. A two freshmen on the offensive line were forced to play and the starting left tackle, a projected first round NFL pick, missed the entire season. 2 freshmen corners, Tahj Jones out at linebacker as well as injuries to backups there. Also the transition to Mett in the offense.

Next year LSU will be very strong if we can stay healthy. That schedule is damn tough though. 10-2 would a great way to come through that schedule. Beating Alabama is an absolute must if we are to get to the SEC Championship game next year given the way Bama's schedule lines up. That sucks but nothing we can do about the schedule.

LSU's schedule is a fun and challenging schedule. If LSU somehow wins the SEC, it would be a huge accomplishment - compared to certain other SEC west teams I shall not mention by name.

I would to and from what I understand there is a green light to play as many big OOC games as possible. It is not nearly as easy to do this as people think.

Beat A&M at home and Bama on the road and then split Florida and Georgia at least and take care of business against the other teams. That is the formula.

I think LSU will beat Florida at home next year.

Honestly, I like this better because it means that LSU will be more focused.

TCU is a good OOC game and you must not have noticed our conference schedule.

Go play Colorado State.

I don't know what you're saying. LSU played Alabama, the West champs. Did you see the game? It was kind of a big deal.

I hear ya but I'm not counting that 'chicken' till it's hatched (pun intended). The LSU away team has not played well this year and this is like a super bowl for Clemson. Looking forward to the game.
