Wisconsin the 3 years before Bielema had 7 wins, 9 wins, and 10 wins.
Oklahoma State 3 years before Miles had 5 wins, 5 wins, and 3 wins.

LSU was a top 15 program before Miles, Alabama was a top 1 program before Saban, and Arkansas is a top 50 program before Bielema.

Miles took OSU to three straight bowls in the 3 years after they wen to 1 in the last 12 before he was there.
Bielema took over a team that won 12 games.

Most Wisconsin fans were glad to see Bielema gone, thats weird to see considering he took them to three Rose Bowls. I think he could end up doing good, but I don't know.
