He just walked in my office and was telling us that he broke his leg last week or two weeks ago, I walked in on the tail end of the conversation. He was not in a boot though, it was like a soft brace. Didnt get a chance to ask if he would play in the BCSCG.

The title of your thread is "Kenny Bell Injured?" You then proceed to let us know that he has a broken leg. Therefore, you have stated that yes, he is indeed injured.

A good thread title would have been, "Is Kenny Bell going to play in the BCSNCG?" Good luck in future threads.

He has a broken fibula which is the smaller of the two bones in your lower leg. It has been shown to support anywhere from 6-16% of load applied on the leg during weight bearing. This means that with something like a soft brace, he should be able to walk on it. Had he broken his tibia, it would have been much more serious.

I won't be an arse and answer your question. He suffered a broken leg during the Iron Bowl (player got blocked and fell and rolled up on the front of his leg. He has had surgery and they said that he would be out 5-6 weeks. I don't see him getting any action on the field at all anymore this season.

That would suck to play all year and then get hurt in the last game of the regular season and have to miss two of the biggest games of the year.

You shoulda seen the play he broke it on; it was classic Jake Holland. Bell was out blocking down the field on a running play, Holland of course misses badly on the tackle and launches into his signature "roll around on the ground helplessly in the wake of the ball carrier as he continues downfield" move and rolls up on Kenny's leg, it was gruesome. Holland is so bad, lol.

So you didn't see him on crutches on the sideline at the SEC champ game?

Cooper on one side, Julio on the other. That would have been amazing.

Nope, but his brother just told me that he should be able to play in the title game. He said he had two small breaks in his leg but the are very small and he should be able to play, so take it for what its worth.
