Sorry, only fans of bowl eligible teams opinions are valid at this time.

You're gonna have to beat us about 20 straight times before I care what you think.

Win the east in 3-4 years is possible. I don't see him winning the SECCG though, not as long as Miles and Saban are coaching in the conference.

I don't think so, although anything could happen. I am a Bama fan who likes it when Tennessee is good, but I think it will be tough sledding for a long time for the Vols. There are too many better destination scholarships for four and five star high school players, and Tennessee high school football does not allow UT much margin for error. Good luck to Coach Jones and UT.

The real question is: Will Vol fans be patient enough to allow a coach to build a program? consideringlanekiffintookashitontennessee'sfootballprogram

Tennessee fans are very patient. There are a bunch of Tennessee fans who supported Dooley to the end, and he was a giant fricking failure.

That would be program Hari Kari.

3 coaches in such a short time. First, no recruit would ever feel comfortable because "their coach" could be let go at a moments notice Second, no worthwhile coach would ever go there again because they wouldn't have time to install their players.

Please. The bar is set pretty fricking low, and it may be lower in three years.

Pretty much what I expected. Tennessee is a damn joke.

It's time to get over your self pity as a UT fan and get behind your coach and quit acting like a pussy with that "all or nothing" attitude. This conference is a fricking beast and you've got to be damn lucky and have a damn strong football team to win it. You've got to give a coach time to build a foundation. Every game is not a referendum on whether or not your coach should be fired. Even Saban lost to ULM. You're lucky to have him considering Louisville's coach just turned you down because he didn't want no part of the grinder. You're talking about winning the SEC here. You win the SEC and you're a Top 2 team in the country by default, and you may not even be the best team in your conference then. Pull your hillbilly overalls up be glad you got a coach that has shown at least some competence.

Hell, Strong had no better odds on winning this conference. Neither did Gruden as pathetic as UT fans were holding on hope that was going to happen. You decided as a program that Dooley wasn't good enough. Time to try this guy because he was literally all that was left that was worth a shite.

You guys won't give him enough time to fix the broken toilets around there. At least the MMA ring is bad arse though. You've always got that to fall back on.
