For the love of God, Bama, I implore you to sit him squarely on his arse. This media driven shitstorm has got to stop

ND's defense was more productive than the other Ds of the other teams the other guys were on.

Not. Funny

Some things aren't to be jokes about like tornadoes, bonfires, Te'o 4 Heisman, and Les Miles' wife's looks

He's a very good player and will become a very good NFL linebacker. However, he's not Heisman material, and there are better players. He doesn't deserve all the hype hes receiving. I guess that's what happens when you play on a media biased team while also playing through the tragic events that surrounded him this year. shite happens...

He should thank espn for all the publicity he's getting, it seems like whenever I watch that channel the talking heads are mentioning his name.

Yeah, it's bullshite. A combination of media driven bullshite and Notre Dame loving bullshite with a little sympathy bullshite mixed in because of the loss of his girlfriend and grandmother.

It is a travesty, no doubt about it. May Bama lay a whoopin on his arse like so many others who have won these sort of awards have had laid on them against SEC teams in National Championship games.

PS: Clowney won the Hendricks Award as the best DE in the country - I guess that is some consolation to JD. Plus he was named the SEC's Defensive Player of the Year today as well.

If frickin' Derrick MF'n Thomas could only place 10th in the Heisman after racking up:

27 sacks
42 TFL
45 QB hurries
88 solo tackles
4 blocked kicks
1 safety

in a 12 game season,

Teo doesn't deserve to see NY.

My favorite argument so far is still this:

quote:

Manti Te'O 2012
Stats... 103 tackles, 52 solo, 51 assts...TFL,5.5...Sacks 1.5... Int's, 7...Fumble recovery, 1...
Heisman finalist...

Tony Taylor UGA LB, 2006
stats... 96 tackles, 65 solo, 31 assts...TFL, 7.5... Sacks 3... Int's 7... Fumble recovery, 3...
Second Team ALL-SEC...

ah, how we are just getting to the tip of the Notre Dame/yankee/media darling storm.

If they beat Bama in January all, and I mean all, of the 6 consecutive SEC titles will be wiped clear.
Hell, every ND player will be invited to the Today Show, Brian Kelly will be on Letterman, And id even bet that some representative from ND will be a special host on the Weather Channel.
