Hmmm, seems like we've been here before. Bout 4 years ago. Everything is pretty much gone about accordingly.

I thought everyone wanted the new coach to hire his own staff. Cultural problem? Coaches more important than a couple of recruits?

Are we changing that outlook now? Somebody needs to let me know so I can make up my mind about this.

I am sticking to my guns, beat it. Bring in your new crew and lets see what happens.

Sweet.

If we lose a couple recruits along the way, I hope the door doesn't hit them on the way out.

But this is an absolute needed change and will go a long way towards rebuilding a winning football culture here.

Don't mind cleaning house, but we do have some good players committed on defense. I hope we can keep most of them.

Did you expect Fisher, Patterson, Strong, Smart, etc, to retain the current staff? Not sure what you expected when the HC was fired.

No, my comment is about how everything has been pretty much an identical replication of four years ago. Even down to verbiage being used.
