DGD. Unfortunately I think the nat'l media is ate up with the ND linebacker. He will probably even win the Butkus as the best LB in the country. We all know JJ is the best.

Yea he is. Bama couldn't stop his pass rush and forced them to run only. If UGA's DL could have stopped the run, or at least slowed it down, UGA would have won the SECCG in a dominate fashion.

Te'O has a heartbreaking story, but I'm sick to frick of the media parading him around like the next coming of Jesus when it is at the expense of guys who have excelled far beyond Te'O on the field. Guys like Clowney, Jarvis, and Damontre Moore who have earned the right to recognition and accolades that are now being siphoned to a ND guy all because he experienced some really shitty circumstances early on in the year.

And no one tells Jarvis' story, like how his brother was murdered when he was a teenager. It's not like Jarvis has lived a charmed life, but then again he doesn't play for Notre Dame.

Yeah, I was about to say the same thing. Equally tragic and shouldn't have anything to do with the award anyway.

All these awards have lost a lot of credibility over the years. It's more political than anything.

How many times did you guys here things like "Why didn't JJ show up against Bama?" from the Bama folk? 2 sacks, 1 TFL and a FF.

Am I crazy or is he the best thing to happen to UGA since Herschel?

Just wish he didnt have those nagging injuries in the beginning of the season. Played against USCe on one leg...

Not to mention he suffered a neck injury at USC, was told he couldn't play anymore, and he shows up at UGA to become of the best defensive players we have ever had.

Yea imagine how great Jarvis would of been if he hadnt hurt his neck. That might explain why he is not as good at stoping the run. He is a dgd and I will miss him playing between the hedges
