Art Briles was a lifelong HS coach and he is the first coach to lead Baylor to three 7+ win seasons in a row since the 50s. Plus he was the only coach who recruited RG3 as a QB.

This guy was successful at Arky State....if it was a fluke,it will be obvious quickly in the SEC.Mike Dubose was never successful as a head coach before getting the reins at UA so I say give him a shot.Might work,might not.

Michael Vick was still electrocuting dogs 7 years ago. Les Miles hadn't won a MNC 7 years ago. Urban Meyer hadn't had 6 heart attacks 7 years ago.
