Arkansas-why get a coach from the conference that has fallen the most in the last few years? Tenn. put some money up and get John Gruden, a proven coach who could recruit nationally.

I'm glad it's up to the tenn posters on this board to decide who their next coach is going to be...

Didn't tampa bay make Gruden's arse quit? Isn't that why he's announcing on MNF now?

Go post on the bash on Bielema thread I accidently made on the Tiger Rant for giving this guy credit. LSU's delusional fan base can be so delusional.

Rather, Tiger Rant is where we try to quarantine the delusional portion of our fanbase.
There's no hope of rehabilitation. Just keep them quarantined there.

Why not say something that means something besides how many posts someone has. What does that have to do with anything. Thats like the last presidential race-not debating the issues just cutting someone down.

How many Super Bowls have the current SEC coaches won?

Do you watch football.
NFL success doesn't always equal CFB success

It's a hilariously terrible fit.
Arky's insecurity drove this decision. It went after the proverbial "splash" hire. It looks and sounds nice on the surface and grabs some attention.
But it actually doesn't address what Arky needed in a head coach: a recruiter.
This guy's way of combating the poaching of his players is whining...to the media. Dude adheres to "gentleman's agreements" with respect to recruiting. The guy literally said he wants to be nothing like the SEC.
And he's not.
But hey, I couldn't be happier.

Gruden is known all over the country. If he walks in your living room, it will mean something. By the way Patton, I watched AM beat Alabama and LSU run you all over the field. No holding calls on last drive. Every play a jersey was being pulled.
