That's fine lol. I was just doing it to make a point about how it could be done. I just don't like have two 8 team divisions. With the permanent cross division game (which isn't going to go away) rotating 1 team from the opposite division at a time doesn't make any sense. As I said, not playing UGA or USCe for 12 years would be very disappointing

LOL at all of these posters complaining that NC State isn't good enough for the SEC, but then turn around and complain when LSU has to play UF and UGA. LSU fans on this site are becoming a joke.

I still just don't understand why bama can't keep their permanent rivalry and every one else just rotates.
And I don't even mind playing Florida every year, I just don't like the fact that we don't play more teams from the other side.

I love playing UF every year. It's always one of the best games of the year which is why I don't want to go to 8 team divisions. If they want to keep the Bama-Tenn game each year and have at least a decent rotation they are going to have to do four divisions.

My opinion only but this makes more sense:
I think the ACC is safer than the Big 12 for the future.
Pac 12 will rob UT, Baylor, TCU from Big 12.
then forcing
Big 10 to rob KSU and KU from Big 12.
SEC will rob OU and OSU from Big 12.
then forcing
ACC to take WVU from Big 12.
Somewhere in between all those defection, the big 12 will go defucnt.
ACC is forced to take WVU and "forget" about those hillbillies' 'bad' academics, and small number of TV sets, due to Pac 12 forcing the dominoes to fall.
THis will make your new ACC a better conference if ND and WV join, therefore making the ACC safe, yet weakest 16 team league.
Forgot to throw in there that the Big East will lose AQ status. I am an ECU grad, but I am also realistic. ECU will enjoy the BCS sunshine for only 2 or so more years, then the Big East is on the same field as MWC, MAC, CUSA etc.

Four teams in 4 divisions. You can literally play every team in your conference every 3 years at least one time. Every 4 years you will have played a home and away with every team in the schedule. Play 3 teams from your pod, then 2 teams from every other pod.

wait, is it the exact same posters? Or is it, maybe different posters with different views posting?
Oh and the beef is not playing UF and UGA, its playing UF and UGA while Alabama, our main competition in the West plays UK and UT who were a combined 1-15 in the SEC this year. Schedule screwed So Carolina the last 2 years and Spurrier has said so. The whole just win your games meme is besides the point when the schedules are so out of balance.

Just look at bama's schedule for next yr and see who the weakest non conference opponent they play...should give you a clue right there as to who will join the SEC!...

You are incorrect about LSU wanting Florida permanently. We have been requesting a change as has Florida. Not to mention we also mad a motion (backed by Spurrier) to not count the non-division loss against a team to keep them out of the conference CG

These are exactly the points being made by the sane posters. Try 4 teams in the top 10 instead of 2...easy to see how Bama and UGA ended up in the SECCG. NO balance lately and no balance in next year's schedule.

I'm a big believer in the saying" a riding tide floats all boats". Any school joining the SEC will benefit and their teams will get better than they would have been if they had stayed where they were.

I hear Bama is insisting on a pod with NC State, Kentucky and Missou (until such time as Vany comes down to normal at which point they will be substiuted for Missou).
