So my dad and his wife went to the SEC championship last night. My dad is a Georgia resident and one of his business associates gave him tickets to the game. So naturally he was sitting in the Georgia section.

My dad phoned me this morning to let me know what happen. I was pretty shocked to be honest. Usually they take the Marta to the Dome, but decided to drive instead. They arrived at the game and parked by some Georgia fans RV who were tailgating. They got out the car, only to be ribbed by the Georgia fans playfully. My Dad playfully responded and headed on to the game. This was maybe a 1-2 minute exchange.

Before the game even starts, Georgia fans are giving him shite and saying some of the most vulgar things that he had ever heard. One fan in particular was dropping F bombs left and right. Several children were also in the section. Even Georgia fans were telling the guy to STFU. My dad got into an exchange with the guy, and the guy eventually STFU. Guy couldn't handle having an LSU fan in his section. My dad was pulling for Georgia and was cheering when they scored. Halftime started and the guy started back up. So my Dad and his wife just left the game. They didn't pay for the tickets anyway so it wasn't really a big deal. Dad gets to his car and they prepare to leave, only thing is he didn't get too far. Someone had siphoned his gas. He filled up before coming to the game. He thinks the Georgia fans next to him siphoned his gas out of his car. They were the only ones that saw him get out the car and he did not tailgate around his vehicle. Needless to say they ran out of gas on the interstate in downtown Georgia. They thought about calling roadside, but figured it would be quicker just to walk to the gas station. They ended up walking a mile to the gas station to get gas.

Needless to say, my Dad told me this morning he will never drive to the Georgia Dome again, and basically Georgia fans can go to hell.

I guess I can understand what was going on for Georgia. It was their National Championship last night and a lot of their fans were a bit over emotional.

Obviously my dad doesn't know for certain if it was the Georgia fans who siphoned the gas, but he seems to think it was the ones tailgating by his vehicle.

I actually like Atlanta. I've been to several LSU games and several events in the Georgia dome, but we always took the Marta to the Dome.

Why wear Lsu gear to a Bama/Georgia game? Just to attention whore and be a douche? Serves him right.

It probably was siphoned by some of the quality residents in the area of the Dome. It must be like Christmas morning for them when its a big game day.

Doesn't sound that bad to me. Pretty much sounds like one guy. Also, I'd suspect some local thugs for the gas siphoning before tailgaters anyway. I mean it is the dome, you are not parking in a "nice" area.

Is the fuel gauge rendered useless after the tank is siphoned? I mean no offense but would he not try to find a gas station first before attempting the drive home?

OP mr arsewipe never said he was wearing LSU stuff..said he was an LSU fan cheering for UGA...if you thinking wearing colors of another team makes you responsible for someone else's criminal actions makes you the true moron

I highly doubt he's catching shite sitting in the UGA section unless he's wearing either LSU or Bama stuff

If he wore his LSU gear, He deserved it.
Just like we don't like seeing some Bammer or Barner colored up when we play another team in a championship game or in TS. It's disrespectful.

Not that it matters, but how else would everybody know he was an LSU fan?

Totally different experience here and I was in enemy colors all day. Great fans all day, during and after game. Heard drunks exchanging words but nothing out of the ordinary. All in all it was two fanbases pulling for their guys and being respectful of the other.

Last year there was plenty of people in Bama gear at the SEC Championship game. As a matter of fact, just about all schools had fans in the stands. Not that uncommon, but I'm not surprised an Arky fan wouldn't know about the goings on of the SEC Championship game.

No one deserves to have gas siphoned out the vehicle.

And it could have been Atlanta thugs...I don't know. I was not at the game.
