I definitely wasn't for it at the time, but it turned out to be the difference. The way Bama was running the ball, good call to run it in. If Bama kicks the extra point, UGA is kicking a FG to send the game into OT at the end.

Most likely, but not for sure. Their playcalling would've been different if they didn't need a TD. They probably would've got within range and settled down a bit so as to not risk an INT. It may have been a long FG they could've missed.

Honestly, no one knows how it would've turned out. It would have just been different.

Don't forget if Bama does not make the two point conversion, Georgia is kicking a field goal to win it by one point! HUGE CALL!

Why was nobody for it? It put us within a field goal late in the 3rd quarter. Absolutely the right call

Hindsight can make us all look like geniuses. Ballsy call. No doubt about it.

You dumb? If he misses it then UGA gets a field goal it's an 8 point game. You don't chase points in the middle of the third.

It worked out though.

UGA defense was gassed and worn out. That was the right time to go for the 2 pt.

I'm just saying it could have worked out terribly as well. That's football though. Genius call in hindsight.

Was a good call but had we only been up three we still Play an aggressive defense and not soft. We only brought three and everyone else was dropped in coverage. I don't know if they drive the field if we are only up by three.

Saban looks like a genius now. In the moment I wondered aloud why we were going for two. That play right there is why they don't pay me $5 million a year to coach football.

You know why we went for 2, cause we couldn't go for 3

I was all for it and was telling my buddies we should go for two here. I was very disappointed in the offensive play calling all night. The PA call for the long TD was the first good execution on that play all night . If you go back and watch the safety was playing 2-3 yards up trying to get a head start on the run stuff and it left cooper with one man to beat. I don't like leaving the game in the hands of the qb when you have a good run blocking o line and a game managing qb like AJ. It seems like nuss had a game plan that played right into Georgia's strengths and it killed our momentum. I am glad he figured it out in the third qtr.

Too early. The "go for it" chart only works if there"s 1 or 2 possessions left. What would you be saying if they didn't get it and lost by one? It almost happened.

Most of us can't see how deep the strategy is on games like this but I thought our play calling (except for the fake punt cause we shouldn't have needed to) was brilliant. We kept them off balance early with the passing game only to setup the run later. So, we got 350 yards on the ground and what, we didn't run it enough for you? Wrong, we got 350 yards on the ground because we set them up with the early passing game. Confuse a weak defense and they get weaker. You guys need to think a little deeper on this stuff. Saban isn't going to come out and tell you all his secrets. Most of you wouldn't understand it anyway.
