Could happen. I do not think you should be punished for playing in the championship game.

UGA should go to Sugar!
Saban got a bit ruffled about it in his post game and said as much. Worth a listen if you missed it.

Honestly, I couldn't be mad if they got the Sugar spot.

If Georgia somehow stays in the top three, and Florida doesn't move up, they are guaranteed a spot. But that ain't happening. Florida will be in the Sugar Bowl. Too bad the SEC can't have three teams in BCS bowls when a five loss Wisconsin team will get a bid.

By all rights FL gets the BCS game...FAR more difficult schedule for like the umpteenth year in a row...GA has "skated" thru the SEC for YEARS now and should NOT be rewarded ! Let's just hope the "unbias" SEC scheduling officials now "reward" GA, AL etc. with the most difficult schedules for the next few years...after all, it's all supposed to "even out"...LET tHE EVENING out begin NOW !!!!

UF way more deserving IMO. 4-1 against BCS top 15 much more impressive than 1-2. UGA gave it a valiant try tonight though.

It's a travesty that Florida or Georgia will be left out of a BCS Bowl game in favor of a Big East team like Louisville. And it could have been WORSE. If Kent State had beaten Northern Illinois yesterday, they would have gotten a BCS slot. Kent State lost to Kentucky 47-14 earlier in the year.

i hate the dawgs more than anyone, but i wouldn't be against them being in a bcs bowl
