I would much rather see BAMA play ND in the National Championship (if BAMA wins SEC). Florida would be a much tougher opponent.
Does anyone know when Driskel injured his ankle? Was it a few games ago and since he is playing again I assume he is alright now?
I just don't remember him injuring his ankle until watching the Florida/FSU game.

they made a bigger deal about the injury then what it really was. We sat him last game to give him some rest and it worked for us.
they were reports that he was walking fine 2 weeks ago.

I thought it was supposed to be a high ankle sprain... You don't recover from a high ankle sprain that fast. Lucky for me I don't bet.

It was late in the game against ULL.
And Muschamp said in the post game presser that he was about 75-80%.

What is this, like the 10th thread by a LSU fan about Florida being more deserving.

Yea, on one hand it sucks, but on the other hand we didn't do what we needed to to get it done.
What really sucks is that Stanford actually beat ND but it didn't count.

I hear ya.
I still have a small bitter taste in my mouth knowing 6+ turnovers and a 8 point loss to our rival Georgia kept us from the title game.

Funny. From week 5-13 all we heard was how bad Florida was and that LSU would beat us if we played them again. And that FSU was going to rape us.

I can say that he was limping around campus the week after that game. I saw him on crutches the Wednesday before Jacksonville over at Reitz.

Yeah some LSU fans here are cool but most are a strange bunch.
I thought that UF was overrated for a while but UF has proven that they're legit.

Yeah, Gillislee and their rushing defense did make LSU look like dogshit that day. When you think about it though, LSU is just a handful of plays from being a four or five loss team, so it's not surprising that they stuffed that a-hole.
They're a good team though and they would give either Bama or UGA a great game. They're a more legit version of ND, but with one loss.
