I don't think there has ever been a worse fall off after a NC.
What in the frick was Barn thinking anyway? Did they not see his record at Iowa State? The team ranked 111th in total defense, 115th in passing defense, and 95th in rushing defense in 2008...
He has yet to develop a single player at Auburn. Not one...

Maybe Chizik didn't suck the entire time, he went from having no success as an HC to winning a MNC. Maybe he just got lazy.
I know Cam Newton makes a huge difference, but it's hard to believe Chiz just stumbled through that NC season unscathed not being able to coach worth a frick.
Even after this dumpster fire that has been Auburn's season it's hard to believe the dude is that bad.

Buying a QB and having a team full of seniors you don't recruit makes you smoke and mirrors. The guys he has now are his. They suck. Therefore, he sucks.

I agree with you. When they find out we provided Yeldon with improper benefits, we fricked. But there will be more sniffing around than just in Auburn.
