They are a game away from being in the BCSCG...a couple years ago, I wouldn't have believed it.

Actually since '83 maybe.
UGA was 10-0 in 1983 and lost to AU in the 2nd to last game of the year.
Had UGA won they would have been NC as they finished 10-1 after beating Texas in the Cotton bowl.
