He's an idiot yet he has been down to his 3rd string QB this year and has been winning in what was supposed to be a down year for them.
This has been his best coaching season to date.

If you watched the Bedlam game today, you have to have watched knowing it took two for that game to turn out the way it did and realized one is an offensive guru while the other is a supposed defensive guru, then you have to ask yourself how the frick does that happen.
Same can be said about the Texas Tech Baylor game.

I like Gundy, but do think we'll need a stellar DC. I'm actually hoping for Gundy

I think e are like most SEC fans this season and over-value the quality of our conference this season. Big XII is closer to us this season the most would want to admit.

We would be lucky to get Gundy. We will probably end up with somebody like Dykes or fricking Franklin.
I have no confidence in Long anymore. Just read a Wally article and he said Patterson will not be coming here.

Funny, I'd be fine with Dykes or Franklin. Our fans have forgotten that Franklin almost beat Petrino with a lesser talented team.
IMO, Dykes gas a lot of upside. In both recruiting and offensive scheme.

Not so much as forgotten, as chooses to ignore and it wasn't "almost" as should have.
Same way they ignore that Nutt almost/should have had a winning record against Petrino.
The idea that Petrino was the best head coach we could have or could hope for his a huge myth...

I would be ok with Dykes. Franklin is just a rah rah coach IMO and a decent recruiter. He is like a Nutt that can recruit.

It is a huge myth. He never beat Saban and lost The Sugar Bowl. There is another guy who will come here and do jut as well.
