Is it still 5 Points?

Looking for a good variety of bottled brews.

Publix has them too, just sometimes they don't sell them cold.

5 points bottle shop (5 points and atl highway at the loop) have a ton of craft brews.

I remember going to the old Last Chance Package Store off of Macon Highway (used to live around the corner in Pineview). For a college kid, it was great. Drive-thru service and they never checked ID.

I like Perry's off of North Ave.

If you want a 6 pack but only find a 12+ pack they'll cut a 12 pack open and make it into a 6 pack. Pretty good customer service.

Probably out of the way if you're in town...but there's a place called The Barn between Athens and Gainesville(around Pendergrass) off 129 that has an awesome selection. I would say it rivals 5 Points.

Original 5 points still has the best selection in town.

Five Points for sure.

I'm a big fan of their growler store as well.

Perry's opened up two other locations, one off Barnett Shoals and another off Lexington I think... across from Walmart.

Basically, nowadays, they all have good selections. It's what the market demands in Athens.

It's really a matter of where you are, and what's most convenient for you.

But directly pursuant to the OP, 5 Points still has the overall best selection. I like their customer service. I spent a lot of money there for my wedding last year. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will by damn get it, and get it next-day.... good customer service.

If you're trying to find rare craft brews, 5 points is the spot. It ranks up with the best bottle shops in metro Atlanta as far as having craft beer.
