SEC Scheduling

Will it ever be rightfully fixed?
UF & LSU - Played two elite teams from the opposing division.
SC & A&M - Played one elite team from the opposing division.
UGA & Bama - Played no elite teams from th opposing division. They will be the participants in the SECCG. Their 4 opponents from the opposing division have a combined 4 SEC wins (4-24).
It would be one thing if these games truly rotated, but they do not. Reducing the games against the opposing division has made this an even bigger issue than it was in the past.
UF potentially could end up with 4 elite wins (already 3 wins) this season and they aren't sitting at #2 like they should be.

And in the meantime, our poor team had the toughest schedule in the conference.

Your post has ZERO validity and you are a huge cry baby for even bringing this up. Infact, LSU fans as a whole are the biggest whiners in the country for bringing up this discussion.

Have you peeked at the basketball schedule yet? Talk about weird, we play Florida twice and yet we don't play half the teams from the West twice

Doesn't matter for records. Beat your division and you win head to head to go to the SECCG. Only matters in the fact that we have slightly increased attrition because of playing tougher opponents over the season.

but, but, but, Alabama Vs. Tenn is the greatest rivalry in all of sports, you cannot get rid of that game, the world will end. Did I do it right?

If rather lose close to a good UF than risk losing to MIzzou, UT or UK.

We'll never have a format that makes sense so there is no point complaining about it.
As an LSU fan I'll say we might as well keep Florida if the conference refuses to use a true rotating format.

For the love of God, we have been over this. This year's schedule was put together at the last moment and next year's is a temporary one as well. In 2014, they will release the permanent rotation.

The only way to solve this issue is to match up like the NFL does (division winners face off in regular season... step it down accordingly).
This would kill the natural rivalries that have developed. CFB is cyclical.... get over it.

You should make a thread complaining about that.
Oh, wait. Even women fans of other bases aren't as womanlike as Lsu fans, when it comes to scheduling.

Can LSU fans go one day without complaining about something related to Bama?
