Is it a fact that the winner of the SECCG goes to the NCG?

Or do they have to win handedly? Does Georgia has the same edge as Alabama to give themselves a chance at the NCG?

Thoughts?

Barring both teams win out to the SECCG

Barring losses to tech and/or AUburn, it's a fact. SECCG is a national title play-in game

If both UGA and Bama have just one loss, the winner of the SECCG will go to the NCG.

Yes, if the SEC champion does not lose the next two weeks, they are in.

Why are you asking a question when you know the answer? Auburn and GA Tech are only roadblocks.

If both win next weekend, winner is in the BCS NCG.

Assuming Bama & Ga both win their rivalry games, winner of the SEC CG is in the BCS Championship Game.

If Alabama or Georgia win next week, then one of those two teams are assured of a shot at the BCSNCG.

Oregon will not leapfrog a 12-1 Alabama/Georgia SEC Champion.

Florida has no chance.

Florida State has no chance.

The *only* way would be for Georgia to lose to Georgia Tech, but beat Alabama -OR- Alabama loses to Auburn, but beats Georgia.

None.

Bama/ UGA will be 2 and 3 in the BCS rankings. Winner will play in the NCG. Oregon will not get a chance to win the PAC12 and KState's loss came at a bad time in the year.

If ND loses, there is a good chance that two SEC teams are in the NCG.

That's not entirely true.

If UCLA beats Stanford next week, then Oregon will win its division and play in the PAC-12 Championship Game.

If Stanford beats UCLA, then Stanford and UCLA will play again the very next week in the PAC-12 Championship Game.
