Worst turnout for a game I've ever seen in BDS

Seriously, A-day has more fans than this. Looking at the student section, it's less than half capacity.

I'm really to hear that. Hope things turn around for you. I said I wasn't going unless someone gave me a ticket, which is what happened.

3 home games a row before thanksgiving week. I gave away my tickets as well

a lot of students have already headed home for thanksgiving break.

Yeah, that's what people have been saying. It's totally understandable, just a little deflating.

Students going home for Thanksgiving combined with the 11am kickoff, our NC hopes being gone, and the fact that we are playing arguably the worst team in the FCS.

I sat this game out but...the crowd didn't look that bad.

I think the student section block seating will be looked at in the off-season. It has to be, but the overall attendance was bad as well. I'm sure it will still go down as a sellout, but is was maybe 75% full.

The block seating is a joke. The top corner of the endzone has not been filled once this year, not even for the aTm game.

I keep hearing the excuse that students are just crowding into the lower section, but there's no way in hell its 4-5,000 over capacity down there. Because that's about how many seats are empty in the upper deck section every game.

Didn't get up till 10, and when I went out to get some coffee, 20 minutes before the game started, I heard Eli talk about tickets actually on sale at the gate.
Too bad it'd take me an hour+ to get to TTown, counting traffic and all.

I was there and stayed for all four quarters. It was really bad, but unfortunately that is to be expected with a team like that.

This could be the greatest football team to ever play the game, you just aren't gonna get a full stadium (especially student seating) if you are playing Western Carolina at 11:20 am. Especially late in the season. If this was a September game, we probably would have seen a better turnout.

I have season tickets. I was moving all day Saturday, but you would have had to pay me to go to that game. 11:30 kickoff for Western Carolina? Yeah, have fun.

Stop scheduling shorthand schools like WCU, and you'll have a better turnout.
