I don't understand why more people don't want him. he's a super bowl winning coach. he's one of hte berst defensive minds in football. he LOVES young people. what is there not to like about him.

He was a subpar NFL coach who had Peyton basically coaching the team the entire time he was there 
ETA: He's the exact same person as Herm Edwards IMO, good on TV, just ok as a coach
