If Bama won it all this year with an " NFL " team, who says Saban stays content there?? As intense as he is, it only wears on a man, you need a source of motivation. Now he has that. Unfortunately he's going nowhere.

He wasn't going anywhere before they lost. His motivation is to be the best college football coach of all time.

I don't think Saban's style of coaching works well in the NFL. Even if Bama repeats this year I don't see Saban leaving.

Maybe you're right.

BTW, how do we know Saban is the best coach in the SEC...when was the last time any other coache's name was mentioned for any other job...anywhere?

Miles 2007 for the Michigan job, which he would've taken if Herbstreit would've kept his mouth shut until after the BCSNCG.

Will an SEC team ever go undefeated again?

We add two more teams.......one of them good, with the other having potential.

We will probably add another two teams in the next 3-5 years.

Will the SEC ever win another Crystal Football?

Probably. But our domination is over.

oh, and Saban to the KC Chiefs..........

I'm a diehard LSU fan, but Saban has proven he is elite in the college coaching ranks. Damn near every recruit we get we have to overcome the " Saban " factor. My point is this, something seriously drives this man! Wat is it?? A college dynasty or another shot at the league?

Yes. They should thank us for letting Bear go, letting Stallings coach there, and taking Fran off their hands.

If this ever happens, hopefully the SEC will be split into 4 divisions somehow and also, hopefully the NCAA will adopt an 8 team playoff eventually.

Would be pretty epic this year if such a playoff existed and all the SEC won out except of course for the SECCG.

Would look something like this:

Round 1

1 Kansas St. vs 8 Texas A&M
4 Alabama vs 5 Georgia

2 Oregon vs 7 LSU
3 Notre Dame vs 6 Florida

Rest of CFB's heads would explode

Has Johnny football been shooting whiskey lately? He seems 10' tall and bulletproof this week. This seems to have bled off into there fanbase...

I look at it this way... In two months the SEC will have another national champion and JFF will win the heisman. All that has to take place for that to happen is Texas beating KState and USC beating either Oregon or Notre Dame. I like our chances. Bama wins. A&M wins. SEC wins. Corn Dog loses.

Or UGA beats Bama, and the same scenerio happens

I want Bama to win so we can claim a moral-victory national championship...hell, we could even hang it up at Kyle since thats what Aggies do and all

thanks for being a Podunk program so elite coaches will use you as a footstool to an elite program and shitty coaches go to in order to die.

Thanks for being a footnote, A&M.
