Bama fans...You are letting Tiger fans Rustle your Jimmies..

Firstly, you should have realized that LSU fans were going to flame the shite outta you for losing to A&M. Heck, i'd venture to say the flaming might be on par with LOSING to LSU because of just how much of an upset it was.
A true freshman quarterback leading the No.14 team in the nation to a spanking of the undisputed No. 1 team in the land...ya'll have to admit, that's pretty damn impressive. You can't just point fingers and expect for everyone to forget it so you can move on..It will take some time.
Now, if Bama gets lucky and UO,KSU or ND fall, that will surely make you feel better about the Johnny football loss(assuming you beat UGA in the SECCG).
I would surely like Bama to go to the NCG if it meant us going to a BCS bowl--if ya'll hadn't won 2 other national championships in the past 3 years! See, we were the dominant team in the early-mid 2000's..now Bama is starting to overcome us for that title in the West. We will likely lose out on some top recruits we battle for if ya'll win another NC..Guys like Landon Collins come to mind. We want to keep all of our studs in-state. And if that means ya'll not going to a NC and a few big name recruits deciding to stay with LSU, i'll take the Cotton Bowl everyday.
Especially considering next year should be 2011-ish for LSU
(minus the awful quarterback, :fingerscrossed:)

Exactly, I don't understand why most fans don't get this.
Out of the teams in the hunt, Kansas State winning would be the best outcome for LSU because they don't recruit against us. Oregon and Notre Dame both recruit against us.
Bama is a division rival and them winning again would keep their recruiting rolling more than it already is.
It has nothing to do with "SEC pride" or "being jealous/hating Bama" and everything to do with what I perceive as being better for LSU
Normally an SEC team in the game/winning it I think is better due to the bowl money and exposure for the conference...but I can't pull for Bama this year

I'm not mad or upset or whatever else, it doesn't upset me. I just think it's sad and quite frankly below a program like LSU to ride somebody else's jock for beating a team when just a week before you had your chance and blew it.
