UF vs ULL question

Why did ULL punt with 5 seconds to go? Why not just long snap and run around til the clock hit 0 and play for OT. I know the chances of a blocked punt are not great but it can\does happen as we all saw. Granted worked out well for us

I thought there were 13 seconds left. Itd be pretty hard to run around for 13 seconds. We tackle them with time left Sturgis has an opportunity for a game winning FG.

You are right there was 13 seconds. For some reason when I watched the replay I thought I saw less.
