I hate to own up to it but I have just quit for the year. I gave my 4 season tickets for Saturday away. I just dgaf...

I have been driving 6 hours round trip to every home game since I dont know when and I just dont think I can do this Saturday.

If anyone is interested, I have 3 tickets to the Ironbowl that you can have for very cheap. I have decided to pack it in for the year and do guide trips on Saturdays. Save some money for a change.

I feel like shite but JDGAD

I gave up a long time ago, but I was a dumbass and went to the UGA game. I left at halftime and will not go to another game while Chizik is the coach.

The only reason I would be interested in IB tickets is just to have an excuse to party in ttown again in a few weeks. It was the first weekend in forever where I didn't have one worry about AU. It was great to just enjoy a good football game for a change

I was in Auburn last Saturday at Lunch. Stay the entire game. Left Auburn at 11:00, three hour drive home. Went to sleep at 3:00am, woke up two hours later at 5:00am for a guide trip on Sunday.

I have not left any games early this year but I dont think I can do another one. For the first time, I have truly gave up....

The only thing keeping me from going is I don't want to go by myself.

I have a feeling that Chizik is going to stay but is going to change out a number of coaches. Loeffler being KEY. He'll get a Tuberville do over. Tubbs did this a couple of times.

Chiz is going to sell the probability that this very good recruiting class is going to walk away if he does. I bet he keeps trooper too. maybe as recruiting coordinator or something not on the field. I bet Luper goes. I also think some shite is gonna change on Defense. BVG will stay but he might have to part with Martinez...or Pelton will be gone.

I do think Tim Jackson will take a bullet of some kind just to appease those calling for JJ's skull.

Iron bowl tickets are gone.

Just like my patience.

I am no sunshine pumper but I never, EVER, thought I would be in the frame of mind that I am right now. 2008 was a cake walk compared to my gut feelings about our program right now.

I feel like our recruiting class is about to completely fall apart. Then we will really know what bottom feels like.

Amen.

We refer to 2008 as "the year without football" in my house. I had no idea it could be worse, but it certainly is.

This why I don't like hiring alums. Part of you feels bad when you have to can them, even when they clearly deserve it.

Pelton is bad. The DTs always play too high.

Rocker was not as great as everyone made him out to be. Dude has 5 seniors his last year here, plus Fairley. We sucked on the DL in 2009.

Id rather have Don Dunn and Terry Price back than Rocker.

The two seasons that Tubs got a 'do over' and replaced assistants were 2001 and 2003.

During 2001 we beat the #1 team in the nation (UF) and beat UGa between the hedges. We collapsed down the stretch, with embarrassing blowouts by Arky, Bama and LSU, but still finished with 7 regular season wins and a Peach Bowl appearance (a loss to UNC). Tubs hired two new co-ordinators (Petrino and Chiz) and finished 9-4 in 2002.

In 2003 we were ranked in the top 10 and picked to win the SEC and challenge for the BCSC. We stunk it up against USC and GT to start the year, and were later blown out by LSU and UGa, but beat two ranked teams in Tennessee and Arky, beat Bama in an emotional Iron Bowl (while Jetgate was taking place) and won the Music City Bowl over Wisconsin by two TDs to finish with 8 victories. Tubs hired a new OC (Borges) and we went 13-0 the next year.

With the above in mind, what possbile justification Could anyone have in thinking that, based on this season's performance, we would be able to see significant improvement if Chiz "changed out a number of coaches"?
