if they think JFF is going to be able to do the things he's done this year for the next 3. This kid is good, no doubt, but lets be honest people. Sumlin inherited a team with 3 NFL offensive linemen, 2 of which are high first rounders on at the tackle positions. You take that, plus the fact that teams will have a year's worth of film on the guy/system. It's going to be a steep uphill battle for TAMU to reproduce their success this year on offense, not to mention their defense probably won't be a lot better either.

They said the same thing about Tebow.

I've heard this before...

...then Auburn won a National Championship. With Cam Newton and a wide open offense.

Thanks for the warning breaux. Especially since you won't be losing any elite talent to the draft this year.

Is the new talking point going to be "A&M will be lucky to win 1 or at most 2 SEC games in 2013" since everyone was dead effing wrong about 2012?

If its predicted enough, maybe it will come true

They are losing everyone. Their line will be weak. Things will change

Tebow was a man. This kid is maybe 185 with 15 pounds of padding. He will get rocked sooner or later. Great talent. SEC will get him sooner or later

This would be devastating. aTm fans are bad enough having a good year. Imagine them with a NC

Would Auburn have even won one SEC game that year without Cam? Serious question.

Les Miles will only continue to turn into a modern Gerry DiNardo. He proved that he is in the early stages of dementia against Alabama with some of those play calls.

The rest of the conference had year after year to gameplan against him and still couldn't slow him down.

Tebow wasn't near as quick on his feet as this kid is though. I can't remember the last time there was a QB that could change direction as fast as him. Cam Newton had great breakaway speed but he wasn't as quick changing directions as Manziel.

Would Cam Newton have been shut down if he came back for another year?

And A&M has foue-star nationally ranked recruits backing up our tackles. We'll be fine.

I think TAMU will be fine for the next few years. Yeah they lose some talent, but all teams do. Johnny Football is for real, he has the talent to do damage to any defense. I think the BigXII will rue the day they let A&M leave the conference. Hell, with the way Texas looks these days, A&M may have been the pick of the litter. I certainly think A&M, with all the new exposure afforded by the SEC nationally, will start cleaning up recruiting wise in Texas. Should be great fun.

Tebow maxed out as a national championship, if this is how JFF maxes out then the down year will be much worse than tebow's 8-4 season
