If the season ended today, a top 10 team would make the Gator Bowl

That is ridiculous.

I know there is a lot of football, but it would really suck to be 8 or 9 in the county and have to fight for the Chick-fil-a Bowl.

Bump. How do the Gamecocks or Aggies feel about being in the top 10 and making the lovely trip to Jacksonville?

Chick fil a bowl or outback is a real possibility for UGA imo.

UGA loses to Bama. FSU beats UF. LSU/AM both win out.

Bama to Sugar. LSU/AM to Fiesta. LSU/AM to cotton. UF/USCe to cap one, USCe/UGA to outback, USCe/UGA to peach.

Cap one wouldn't take UGA again. They've had them a lot in the past and the UGA fans didn't even bother making the trip last year.

We haven't been to the Cap One since 2008.

Ah, shite. I forgot the outback was last year, not the cap one.

Either way, the cap one cant feel too good about taking a team that won't make the trip.

To answer i wouldnt be upset at all, in fact I would prefer the Gator over the Outback. It is new for us (havent been since 87) and is closer than Tampa. 4 hours for us in the lowcountry.

Also if were still in the top 10 it means we beat Clemson, which would send the to the Peach Bowl as the ACC #2 knocking us out of the running for that bowl. So if the Gator Bowl as a top ten team is the case then im happy. Chances are we play a bad B1G team and can add to our trophy case, lord knows we have plenty of room for some hardware.

I wouldn't mind playing Clemson in the CFA to be honest. Preview of next season's opener and I'd rather play in a "lesser" bowl than play a #3 Big 10 teams or something.

Welcome to LSU's world this year. We could go 10-2 and be #5 in the BCS and go to the Chicken Bowl.
