If these middle of the pack SEC teams were in say, the ACC, Pac-12, or Big 10, what would their records look like? Assuming just one makes the move not all 3.

I'd venture to say Ole Miss would be 7-3, Miss St. 8-2, and Tennessee 7-3 with possibly all three ranked.

Tennessee for example, replace Florida, UGA, Bama off their schedule and replace them with Miami, Georgia Tech, & Maryland/Virginia. How different would they look. This is what makes it so hard for me personally to RESPECT these conferences and their top teams.

No.. I love hearing the argument. The fact is we would end up suffering from not getting the talent we do from being in the SEC.

Same, UT almost lost to troy and struggled with Akron and just gave Mizzou their 2nd SEC win...doubt Mizzou is any better than Miami GT & Maryland.

State on the other hand may fare a little better...but none of those are exactly gimme wins for UT/Ole Miss/State except for maryland

UT would still suck if the question entails Dooley remaining as the head coach.

He at least beat NC State this year.
