Once this 4-team playoff starts how many do we win in a row? We may still win our 7th this year, but it's unlikely.

I say we rattle of 10 or 12 in a row.

If SEC has 1 team in it prob 50/50 chance of winning.

If SEC has 2 teams in it prob 90% chance of winning.

We'll probably have 2 teams in most years. It's going to be the 4 highest ranked teams.

Buy some stock in Prozac and Lithium then, because having 2 SEC teams in the top 4 will happen, and probably often.

After 4 years of the SEC winning in the playoffs they will change it up some way. Conference Champions only or something like that

Not likely. If the season ended right now we would have one team out of the 4. Last year was an anomaly for the SEC to have two.

The SEC has arguably 6 of the top 10 teams in the country this year...GA, USC, FL, AL, ATM and LSU...no other conference can even come close to this. For instance, LSU played 4 of 5 other top SEC teams this year.

An 8 team playoff that is based upon a BCS style point ranking would be the most beneficial to the SEC. If it would be allowed based upon the 8 best teams in the country and not guaranteeing conference champions.
