His salary is only $2 million. Texas A&M better be planning on giving this guy a huge raise because I could see him getting $4 million offers from Arkanas/Auburn/Tennessee.

Well, if he got offered $2 million more per year, then that would be a pretty good reason.
I do expect A&M to match any offer though. They've been stuck with shitty coaches for too long.

Klark, the insinuation in the OP was that three other schools would be able to compensate Sumlin better. Has nothing to do with little man's syndrome.
