Who is the lucky guy to replace Gene? I've seen both names out there..I just would like to know which is in a bigger rush to get to Opelika. TIA

Hey, no smartass here. I've seen that Stoops wanted the AU job before Tubs got it, and he likes the idea of being in the SEC. Jimbo loves AU and has family in Alabama I hear..

Well the word is that both are hungry for the chance to lead the fambly and are willing to take significant pay cuts.

Apparently the stumbling block for both is memorizing the creed in it's original Latin text as they will be tested on it before being allowed to participate in the fambly blood ritual/bovine sacrifice.

Stoops, because his tenure has run its course whereas Fisher's has really just begun even though he was actually coaching the team during Bobby's last few years anyway.
