Secondary coach Josh Conklin running practice and will (along with Dooley) call the plays from here on out. Sunseri coaching the LBs only.

Really? That is crazy. Dude has nowhere near the personnel or depth to run his defense, but Dooley is already giving up on him. Fire Dooley!

He has turned a top 30 defense into a defense in the 100s in every single category. Left Dooley with really no choice. His ineptitude goes far beyond the scheme change.

Dooley knows he has to win out to have any chance of being retained. Whether even that's enough will be determined at this weekend's BoT's meeting.
