I have read that Dooley will be concentrating on the defense this week, but my friend is telling me that Conklin has taken over the DC role, and Sal will be the LBer's coach. Is any of this true?

Last I heard, the transformation to the 3-4 for the Tennessee defense is complete. Sal ready to let loose on Mizzou, Vandy and Kentucky.

No clue on if all that's been taken from Sal. Yes, Dooley did in fact say yesterday that he "was going to pay more attention to the defense and be in all the defense meetings from now on". Not that he's going to do anything anyway, but with your arse on the line as HC; I'm glad he waited until there are 3 games left in the season to realize how bad the defense is. Let this epic comedy routine that is the TN football program under Dooley roll on.

yea i find it absolutely comical that he waits til this point to say, "you know, i think the defense needs some attention" as if that hasnt been obvious to us all for quite awhile

I think he's best suited to get Saban his coffee.

Derek Dooley and Sal Sunseri will likely be on Alabama's staff next year.

How does Coach Sal go from such a GREAT defensive coach at Bama to a shitty one at Tennessee?

And under which HC do you think Sal has more influence on the defense under Dooley or Saban? We all know the answer

One thing is for sure! if Sunseri is up in the box this week - his FATT arse took the elevator.

Not sure who is more painful to look at Sunseri or Weiss!!

Good luck with the rest of that shite show of a circus season.
