We are in Raheed's top three, but it sounds like we are #3.

As for Nate Brown. Not sure if this was mentioned but a week after Georgia offered and he said he would think about him he did send out a tweet saying "No Fly Zone #MIZ" and has tweeted Mizzou respect several times. Have not seen him mention UGA once. Until he signs that LOI I will be concerned, but I like our chances of him staying.

I think Nate stays, and if he does it is huge. Guy is really, really good.

A 4* DT from Ohio with an impressive offer list says Mizzou is in his top 5 but 247 doesn't even show an offer being made. Anyone with any info?

Daniel Cage shows an offer on the Rivals page. Not sure why it does not show on 247.

As for Vincent Jackson Jr. Like I said, gut feeling is we get him. He said about a week ago he thinks he knows where he is going. This was after the A&M game I believe.

Here is a quick list of the recruits I have seen tied to Mizzou here in the past couple months. How many of these players do you think we take? And which ones would you pick to fit that number?

OL
Brian Wallace

WR
Frank Iheanacho
Dominique Booth
Kenric Young

DT
Calvin Heurtelou
Rika Levi
Daniel Cage
DJ Williams

DE
Dante Sawyer

LB
Sharieff Rhaheed
Nile Sykes
Vincent Jackson Jr.

DB
Raymond Wingo
Tony Fields

Let me hear your thoughts! Also let me know if I missed anyone who has recently been said to have Mizzou interest. I'll add them to the list for the discussion.

I think we stand our best chances with Brian Wallace, Daniel Cage, Calvin Heurtelo, Vincent Jackson Jr., Dante Sawyer (still a toss up but we are in the race, top 2), and Raymond Wingo. If we somehow land all of them, I would be beyond satisfied with this recruiting class.

Can't remember if it was 5 or 6 that were planning on enrolling early or re-classifying. Assuming we take 5 more commits I'd like to see:

Daniel Cage
Dante Sawyer
Calvin Heurtelou
Nile Sykes
Frank Iheanacho

I like Wallace and am not sure you pass up on him but we already have 6 OL commitments and he's likely to Bama anyways.

Probably have a better chance with Booth at WR instead of Iheanacho, which means most likely is probably Young.

With Williams decommitting, we back to only McWilliams as a DE so I filled 3 of those spots with DL. Not a big fan of JUCO unless absolutely necessary but put 1 on the list and passed on Williams because he's visiting kU and that tells me there's a character flaw.

We have 2 LB's and Jackson seems to be showing the most interest in Mizzou and may be the one we have a better chance of landing.

We have 6 guys that can play in the secondary already so I passed on anymore.

Having said that, it will end up being 5 guys I've never heard of.

Also, it is viewed as VERY unlikely, but there have been rumors that Lorenzo Carter is interested in Mizzou and coaches have made an in home visit with him recently. Mizzou's track record with putting defensive lineman into the NFL accompanied with the success of the line this year has given Mizzou a shot. Again, still viewed as very unlikely.

Are we still in on RB Darrel Williams?

Just saw in Rant Recruiting that he decommitted from ASU. Vols seem to think they got him.

Wallace because of only having 2 OL from last years recruiting class and he is a stud.

Sawyer because we need a stud.

Any DB with good size 6'0" are bigger (Kaleb Pruitt)

One of the JUCO DT's

And a name that we have not heard of C.J. Leggett a RB from North Gwinett High School. The same school Nate Brown and Dante Sawyer attend. 5'10" 205 a bigger back that we need (like Morgan Steward).

Get 3 from North Gwinnett next year and pick a few more up next year and that is called a Pipeline deep in the Heart of Dixie !!!

We have made a good impression on the folks in North Gwinnett. 4* DE anree saint amour is in the 2015 class and is very high on us. I would be okay with taking their place kicker right now if it helped us get some of their better players.

His high school is a Clemson pipeline. I don't see Clemson on the offer list on 247 but that's who you should be worried about with him, not UGA. Georgia is already over-committed right now. They aren't going to fight for a 4 star receiver with the current depth they have at the position. LOL at Georgia Tech offering him though... and him not even considering it.
