And is Bauer still officially committed? I know he was looking around but I thought I had read somewhere he actually decommitted. I hope I'm wrong and maybe just read that on TB. Also, supposedly, Markel Smith has a teammate on the line that is getting looks. Was taking the kid through an open house up there the other day and that's what some of the students were at least saying.

Rivals is still showing Andy as a commit to Mizzou. Who knows how long though. I think he maybe waiting until next season to see how we answer this season.

I do believe he likes the SEC, so I'm not too concerned with the Oklahoma's and Michigan's of the world. The interest in him from the south does make me nervous about him.

I think getting players like Markel Smith and Dom Booth will get Bauer to chill out. I agree with the post under me though. SEC Offers are what worry me with him. End of the day though I think he stays.

Early commits are always scary. I hope he sees that he'll get lots of early playing time on the o-line. He and Boehm on the line would be nice.

Was afraid of that. He'll end up in the SEC and I don't know if I'd completely rule him out but it's an uphill battle.

Nothing has changed according to his father. The staff has known for awhile that he was looking at other schools. He commited early and wants to make sure he made the right decision.

Agreed.
I beleive Mizzou is still his top choice, as UR said, he's had some big schools offer him and he wanted to visit. He's being very upfront with the coaches and his dad still talks to the staff evry couplke weeks. A tenative date for his commiting they said would be around June...but who knows? I don't think he has officially decommited yet.
