Damn.....what a match up year in and year out with these two guys. There is no doubt that these two programs have improved tremendously since these guys started facing each other. You know that deep down the other drives the other to be the best they can be. This thing is just getting started, can't wait to see what the future holds in this Rivalry! Yep, i said it...rivalry....to be honest it's bigger than a rivalry, these two programs are what every college team want to be....what an epic battle every year. Props to Miles and Saban

LSU is definitely the biggest rival Bama has RIGHT NOW. Not traditionally, but presently they are. UT & AU aren't cutting the mustard right now.

I agree completely. When these 2 play they strap it on and go at it like 2 heavy weights. I appreciate good football. Hats off to Bama for the com back. It stings, but was a good clean game.

Great game year in and year out. It gets circled on the calendar and will continue to be for years to come.

Great series. I hope both programs can keep it up, if LSU has to have a rival it might as well be the most storied program in college football.

Even though my team is lousy right now, I love seeing good matchups between SEC teams.

It really makes me question the sanity of the part of the LSU fanbase that wants to run Miles off.

When Saban got Bama rolling, Tuberville took his buyout and ran to the Big-12. Meyer skedaddled to the Big-10.

Les stood up and punched Nick in the mouth. Miles is an odd duck. I don't get him, but he can flat out coach and he ain't scared.

It will be a war every year.

I said this months ago and was laughed of the rant by bama fans mostly. Looks like they have chilled a bit.

Yes. Miles appears to be the only coach not skeered of saban. Truth.

He's the only coach with a team good enough to compete with Bama. Although, I think their game with A&M will be pretty good as well.

Waiting for genro to enter and say there is nothing between these two teams that represent a rivalry. Alabama just looks at it as another game, LSU fans dont know what a rivalry is.

If they can stay at it your grandchildren will look back to a coaches rivalry the way folks thought about Michigan vs Ohio State or Harvard vs Yale in the early days of football. I am just happy it is now and it is happening in the SEC!

Yep. People forget that Saban shite the bed with his decisions last year (11/5) and Miles looked like the gameday genius. I think Miles had the better game plan this year but fricked it up on gameday.

I'm a Miles fan....but, here is the issue that some of the rajun cajuns out there just can't deal with.

Saban= chance to have 3/4 last National Championships

Miles= none

I have every confidence Miles can bring us the Crystal Ball soon....but, some fans are just impatient

Funny thing is my wife said as we were leaving the stadium, that LSU was the only school that is not intimidated by Bama or Saban. It is like Miles lives for games like this.

Those same people didn't like Saban when he was here.I remember the talk shows people didn't like him because of his personality. It is a loud minority that are like this.
I liked Saban when her was here and I like Miles.
