This crazy when you think about some of the great teams that didn't repeat. It speaks to the competitive nature of the league. Fulmers 97 &98 were the last to do it.

The SEC seems to be down this year, but when you look around there is still no better conference.

Are you saying LSU won't win the SEC this year?

Even if Bama lost to the barn and A&M they would have the tie breaker over LSU.

Just thinking about some of the great teams UGA had in the early 2000s, then LSU in the middle of the decade, then the Florida and Bama teams from a few yrs ago.

The SEC loses the most Jrs to the NFL and I think this and just the nature of the conference make the odds of going back to back very rare.

True, but if A&M goes on to beat Mizzou after beating Bama, it forces a 3-way tie. Bama would be eliminated due to divisional record, and LSU would win due to head to head with A&M.
