Yeah, that's my point. They would have a better shot at winning big in the Big 12 this year. Unfortunately for them, they have to go through the buzz saw that is the SEC.

Were they scheduled to play KSU this year? Either way, they prob make it to the championship game.

Depends on schedule. They wouldn't beat K-State or Oklahoma. West Virginia would be interesting, but I think they'd pull it out. I think TCU would have beaten them before Pachall got kicked out. Texas Tech would be a match, but I'd lean to A&M. I don't know what to think about Okie Lite or Iowa State.

Plus Oklahoma, Texas, because they are Texas, toss ups with TCU and TTU.

Have you seen Texas this year? They are garbage, they wouldnt be able to down JF in a game of two hand touch. The only one I agree with is TTU.

Forgot about them. Probably a loss there too.

There is no champ game anymore with only 10 teams.

Jumped ship at a GREAT time. Ags pass defense is not good. BIG 12 teams pass well. VERY BAD MATCHUPS.

I could easily see losses against WVU, OSU, possibly TT and OU.

We are very fortunate that SEC teams don't pass first and run second. Spread offenses would cause havoc at A&M. A&M defensive weakness in SEC is not as bad because most teams can't take advantage of it.

Last years A&M team was much more suited to the SEC. ARK had a great passing team and they took advantage of a horrible secondary. Ags still had 600+ yards vs Ark last year and ran for ovr 300.

So, NO. Ags would not be undefeated in Big 12 nor would we have won the Big 12 this year.

Getting out of a dumpster fire is a win already in my book.

Honestly, KSU is the most "SEC like" team in the Big 12. Good defense, run the ball well, pass pretty well.

Ags lost to KSU in double or triple OT at KSU. Don't think KSU beats A&M in CS this year if we played them. Ags could force KSU to pass and they don't do as well when they have to throw the ball.

It's debatable whether or not WVA would be in the Big 12 if aTm stayed.

I think we would lose to K-State and the OU game would be pretty good.
